Boxing great Joe Frazier passed last night at the age of 67 after a brief battle with liver cancer. Frazier is one of the most well known boxers in the history of the sport. He is perhaps best known for his series of three fights with Muhammad Ali, where he was bested 2-1. He did manage to defeat Ali in the Fight of the Century and took Ali to his limits in the Thrilla in Manila.
Ali in a statement said the following, "I will always remember Joe with respect and admiration, "My sympathy goes out to his family and loved ones."
